Eyries RMS™ Mark 1

The Eyries RMS™ Mark 1 is built around a commercial-grade 3×3” platform designed for long-term strength training, future expansion and uncompromising structural rigidity.

Every upright is manufactured from true 3×3” 11-gauge carbon steel with an approximate steel thickness of 3.18 mm and protected by a three-layer coating system for improved corrosion resistance and long-term durability. All crossmembers are constructed from the same 11-gauge carbon steel using a dedicated two-layer protective finish to provide consistent structural strength throughout the entire rack.

At the center of the RMS™ Mark 1 is a fully adjustable 3D trolley cable system. Unlike conventional fixed pulleys, both trolleys can be positioned anywhere along the uprights, allowing the system to perform traditional cable crossover movements while also supporting lat pulldowns, low rows, unilateral cable exercises, cable crossover fly and hip thrust training when used with compatible accessories. The system is designed to maximize exercise variety without increasing the overall footprint of the rack.

Every pulley is CNC-machined from a single piece of aluminum to ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability under continuous commercial use. All supplied cable attachments, including the lat pulldown bar, D-handles and triangle row handle, are also CNC-machined from aluminum for improved durability and reduced maintenance compared with traditional welded steel accessories.

The cable system utilizes 7 mm seven-core aviation-grade steel cables with a certified breaking strength of 3,140 kg. Each side operates on a true 1:1 ratio with an integrated 154 lb (70 kg) weight stack consisting of fourteen precision 5 kg plates. Additional Olympic weight plates can be loaded directly onto the integrated weight horns for users requiring higher resistance.

The uprights feature laser-etched numbering and industry-standard 1” holes with 1” spacing, providing compatibility with most 3×3 attachments currently available on the market. The open architecture allows the RMS™ platform to evolve alongside future training requirements rather than being limited to its original configuration.

The included Quick-Release Multi Roller further expands training possibilities by functioning as a leg holder for lat pulldowns, a hip support for hip thrusts, and a support roller for Bulgarian split squats, Nordic curls and other lower-body exercises. Tool-free installation allows rapid repositioning between different exercises.

Every RMS™ Mark 1 is supplied with a pair of CNC aluminum roller J-Hooks, a 31.8” CNC aluminum lat pulldown bar, CNC aluminum D-handles, a CNC aluminum triangle row handle and six Olympic weight storage pegs as standard equipment.

The platform has also been engineered to support future expansion through optional kits, including Smith Machine, Hack Squat, Leg Extension, Jammer Arms, Dip Bar, Spotter Arms, PullDown Seat and Lat Seat systems. Additional accessories can be installed without replacing the original rack, allowing the RMS™ platform to grow together with the user.

With a total machine weight of approximately 600 kg and a rack capacity exceeding 2,000 lb, the RMS™ Mark 1 is engineered for demanding home gyms, personal training studios and commercial training facilities where long-term durability, modularity and structural stability are essential.
