Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Period
Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier or collected by the customer.
Products marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, Clearance, Special Order, or otherwise identified as not eligible for return are excluded from this Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within the applicable 14-day return period.
- The product must include all original packaging.
- The product must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, screws, bolts and related components.
- The product must not be intentionally damaged, modified, abused or misused.
- The product must be reasonably clean and suitable for inspection.
Assembled strength equipment remains eligible for return within the 14-day return period, provided that all conditions under this Policy are satisfied.
IRONBAY™ reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned product satisfies the requirements of this Policy.
3. Return Authorization
Customers must contact IRONBAY™ before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Calgary customers may return eligible products directly to our warehouse by appointment only.

4. Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is caused by a verified product quality issue, manufacturing defect, shipping error, or transportation damage occurring before delivery, IRONBAY™ will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.
If a return is caused by personal reasons, including change of mind, ordering the wrong product, no longer needing the product, personal preference, or finding another product more suitable, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will normally be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. If the original payment method is not available, IRONBAY™ may issue the refund by Interac e-Transfer or another reasonable method at its sole discretion.
No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.
6. Damaged Products
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must contact IRONBAY™ as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Order number;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Clear photographs of the packaging;
- Video evidence where reasonably requested; and
- Any other information reasonably required to verify the claim.
Failure to provide sufficient supporting information may delay or affect the resolution of the claim.
7. Cosmetic Issues
Minor cosmetic differences, manufacturing marks, packaging wear, and other conditions that fall within our published Cosmetic Standards do not constitute manufacturing defects and may not qualify for return, replacement, refund, warranty service, or compensation.
Cosmetic damage caused during transportation will be reviewed under the applicable shipping damage process.
8. Exclusions
IRONBAY™ may refuse a return where:
- The return request is made after the applicable return period;
- The product is missing original packaging, parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, screws, bolts, or related components;
- The product has been damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper storage, or unauthorized modification;
- The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended or recommended use;
- The product is marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable; or
- The returned product materially differs from the product originally supplied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to any return, refund, delayed refund, shipping cost, product downtime, loss of use, lost income, business interruption, or similar claim.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
10. Policy Updates
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
