FOB Shipping Policy

This FOB Shipping Policy applies to orders sold under Free On Board (FOB) shipping terms by [Company Name] ("IRONBAY™", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an FOB order, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.

1. FOB Origin

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all FOB shipments are supplied under FOB China.

Risk of loss, transportation responsibility and related obligations transfer in accordance with the applicable FOB Incoterms once the goods have been loaded onto the designated vessel at the agreed port of shipment.

2. IRONBAY Responsibilities

IRONBAY™ is responsible for:

  • Manufacturing and procurement of products;
  • Quality inspection prior to shipment;
  • Export packaging suitable for international transportation;
  • Container loading;
  • Providing the required export documentation; and
  • Coordinating shipment until loading at the designated FOB port.

3. Purchaser Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred after the goods have been loaded onto the vessel, including but not limited to:

  • Ocean freight;
  • Marine cargo insurance;
  • Destination port charges;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Import duties and taxes;
  • Inland transportation;
  • Warehousing and storage charges
