ZESO FITNESS - SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: April 30, 2025
1. Shipping Coverage
ZESO Fitness currently ships within Canada only. All orders are delivered via trusted third-party freight or parcel carriers, depending on product weight and size.
2. Dispatch Times

In-stock items: Ship within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Pre-order items: Will be shipped as soon as the shipment arrives and clears customs. Each product page lists the estimated arrival date (ETA).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines may vary by province. Typical transit times (business days):

Alberta: 1–3 days

British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–6 days

Ontario, Quebec: 5–9 days

Atlantic Canada and remote areas: up to 12 business days
4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Most heavy equipment items ship via palletized freight delivery.

Pre-order orders will ship as a whole when inventory becomes available. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are ready.
5. Remote Locations
If your shipping address is classified as an extremely remote area by our carriers, ZESO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund after contacting the customer.
6. Packaging & Delivery Inspection
All items are securely packaged in heavy-duty cartons or on pallets. If a signature is required upon delivery, please inspect the exterior of the package before signing. Report any visible damage immediately with photos to victor@zesofitness.com.
