Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
IRONBAY™ currently ships to all provinces within Canada, subject to carrier availability, location restrictions, freight access, and operational feasibility.
Shipping to remote areas, limited-access locations, rural addresses, islands, northern regions, or areas with special freight requirements may be subject to additional review, additional charges, or cancellation at our discretion.
At this time, IRONBAY™ does not offer standard shipping to the United States or other international destinations.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges displayed during checkout are estimates based on delivery location, product type, product weight, product size, freight class, carrier data, and historical shipping information.
Due to the size, weight, and nature of fitness equipment, actual freight charges may vary from the amount displayed at checkout.
IRONBAY™ does not provide free shipping unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product, order, promotion, or invoice.
3. Shipping Cost Adjustments
If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount paid by the customer, IRONBAY™ may refund the difference after the shipment has been confirmed and the final freight cost has been verified.
If the actual shipping cost is equal to or slightly higher than the estimated amount paid at checkout, IRONBAY™ may proceed with shipment without requesting additional payment.
If the actual shipping cost is materially higher than the estimated amount paid at checkout, IRONBAY™ reserves the right to contact the customer before shipment. In such cases, the customer may be required to pay the additional shipping cost, modify the order, arrange their own freight, or cancel the order for a refund.
IRONBAY™ reserves the sole right to determine whether a shipping cost difference is minor, material, or commercially unreasonable.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse workload, order size, freight scheduling, weather conditions, carrier availability, and other operational factors.
Large fitness equipment, palletized freight, heavy free-weight orders, and multi-item orders may require additional preparation time before shipment.
IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any delay caused by carriers, freight companies, weather, customs, strikes, road conditions, missed appointments, incorrect customer information, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Freight and Heavy Equipment Delivery
Many IRONBAY™ products are heavy, oversized, palletized, or shipped by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service.
Freight deliveries may require curbside delivery, liftgate service, appointment scheduling, customer presence, unloading assistance, or special delivery access.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, freight delivery does not include indoor delivery, basement delivery, apartment delivery, assembly, installation, unpacking, garbage removal, or product placement.
6. Customer Freight and BOL Pickup
Customers may arrange their own freight service where approved by IRONBAY™.
IRONBAY™ may support customer-arranged freight using a Bill of Lading (“BOL”), provided that pickup is scheduled in advance and all required shipment information is supplied before pickup.
When a customer arranges their own freight, the customer is solely responsible for all freight charges, carrier selection, insurance, loss, damage, delay, claims, customs requirements, delivery appointments, and any additional charges arising from the shipment.
IRONBAY™ is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or additional costs caused by a customer-selected carrier after the shipment has been released to that carrier.
7. Warehouse Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available by appointment during business hours.

Customers must wait for confirmation that the order is ready before arriving for pickup. IRONBAY™ is not responsible for delays, unavailable products, or incomplete orders where the customer arrives without confirmation.
8. Delivery Damage
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.
If visible damage is present, customers should photograph the shipment, packaging, pallet, labels, and damaged areas before unpacking or moving the product.
Damage claims may require:
- Order number;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Clear photographs of the packaging;
- Photographs of the pallet or freight label, if applicable;
- Video evidence where reasonably requested; and
- Any other information reasonably required to verify the claim.
Failure to provide sufficient supporting information may delay or affect the resolution of a shipping damage claim.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, refused shipments, re-delivery attempts, storage fees, address changes, or carrier access issues are the responsibility of the customer.
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to withhold shipment, cancel an order, or request additional payment where delivery information is incomplete, inaccurate, or commercially unreasonable.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer upon delivery, pickup, or release to a customer-selected carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
For customer-arranged freight, risk transfers when the product is released to the customer’s carrier.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from or related to shipping delay, freight damage, failed delivery, carrier error, loss of use, lost income, business interruption, storage charges, or similar claims.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
12. Policy Updates
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
