Residential Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by product category, product model and manufacturer.

The applicable warranty period for each product is displayed on the individual product page and forms part of the purchase agreement.

Where a product page specifies a warranty period, that warranty shall prevail over any general statement contained in this Policy.

2. Residential Use Only

This Warranty applies exclusively to products used for normal residential purposes.

Products used in commercial facilities, personal training studios, apartment gyms, condominium gyms, schools, rehabilitation centres, hotels, public facilities, rental businesses or any revenue-generating environment are not covered under this Residential Warranty.

Commercial applications are governed by our Commercial Warranty Policy where applicable.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic imperfections or appearance-related issues;
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance;
• Improper assembly, installation or relocation performed by persons other than IRONBAY™ or an authorized service provider;
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
• Damage resulting from accidents, flooding, fire, corrosion, environmental conditions or force majeure; and
• Consumable or wearable components unless otherwise specified.

4. Warranty Claims

Customers requesting warranty service may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase;
• Order number;
• Photographs or videos showing the issue;
• A detailed description of the claimed defect; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested by IRONBAY™.

IRONBAY™ reserves the sole right to inspect, evaluate and determine whether a warranty claim is valid.

5. Warranty Remedies

Where a warranty claim is approved, IRONBAY™ may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product;
• Replace the defective component;
• Replace the product with an equivalent product; or
• Issue a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

The remedies described above constitute the customer's exclusive remedies under this Warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, business interruption, personal training revenue, or any other consequential loss arising from product failure or warranty claims.

Nothing contained in this Warranty shall limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

7. Policy Updates

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Residential Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
