Weight Tolerance Standard
1. Product Tolerances
Weight tolerance standards vary by product category, manufacturing process, materials and supplier.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, the applicable tolerance for each product shall be the specification published under its Dimensions & Specifications.
2. Manufacturing Variations
Minor variations in product weight may occur due to manufacturing methods, material density, casting processes, machining, coating thickness, temperature, humidity, altitude and other production variables.
Such variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. Eyries Products
For products manufactured under the Eyries™ brand, IRONBAY™ stands behind the published weight tolerance specifications shown on each individual product page.
If an Eyries™ product does not meet its published tolerance specification, IRONBAY™ will review the product in accordance with the applicable Warranty Policy.
4. Third-Party Brands
For products manufactured by third-party brands, IRONBAY™ does not guarantee any specific weight tolerance unless expressly stated by the original manufacturer.
Any published specifications for third-party products are provided for reference only and remain subject to the manufacturer's own production standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Weight differences that fall within the published specifications or normal manufacturing tolerances shall not be considered defects and do not qualify for return, replacement or warranty service.
Nothing contained in this Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
6. Policy Updates
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Weight Tolerance Standard at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
