This Commercial Warranty Policy applies to products used in commercial or business environments. By purchasing or operating products supplied by [Company Name] ("IRONBAY™", "we", "our", or "us") for commercial purposes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.

1. Commercial Warranty Coverage

Commercial warranty coverage varies by product category, product model and manufacturer.

The applicable commercial warranty period for each product is published on its individual product page and shall form part of the purchase agreement.

Where no Commercial Warranty is specifically stated, the product shall be deemed not covered for commercial use.

2. Commercial Use

For the purposes of this Policy, commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Commercial gyms;
  • Personal training studios;
  • Fitness clubs;
  • Apartment or condominium fitness facilities;
  • Hotels and hospitality facilities;
  • Schools, universities and rehabilitation centres;
  • Corporate fitness facilities; and
  • Any environment where equipment is used by multiple users or for business, rental or revenue-generating purposes.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Commercial Warranty does not cover:

  • Products specifically identified as Residential Use Only;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic imperfections or appearance-related issues;
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or improper maintenance;
  • Improper installation, relocation or unauthorized repairs;
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, corrosion, environmental conditions or force majeure; and
  • Consumable or wearable components unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Warranty Claims

Customers submitting a Commercial Warranty claim may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase;
  • Order number or invoice number;
  • Photographs or videos showing the claimed defect;
  • A detailed description of the issue; and
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by IRONBAY™.

IRONBAY™ reserves the sole right to inspect, verify and determine whether a warranty claim is valid.

5. Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, IRONBAY™ may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace defective components;
  • Replace the product with an equivalent model; or
  • Provide a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not commercially practical.

The remedies described above shall constitute the customer's sole and exclusive remedies under this Commercial Warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or economic damages, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profits, equipment downtime, customer claims or any similar commercial losses arising from product failure or warranty claims.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

7. Policy Updates

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Commercial Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
