Product Improvement Policy
1. Continuous Product Improvement
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to improve, redesign, modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Product improvements are made to enhance safety, performance, durability, manufacturing efficiency, supply stability or overall product quality.
2. Product Revisions
Products manufactured in different production batches may contain differences in design, dimensions, materials, hardware, finishes, accessories or other specifications.
Such differences are considered normal product improvements and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. Product Discontinuation
IRONBAY™ may discontinue any product, component or product generation without prior notice.
Customers acknowledge that replacement products or warranty replacements may differ from the original product purchased where product revisions or discontinuation have occurred.
4. Existing Customers
IRONBAY™ is under no obligation to notify existing customers of future product improvements, design revisions or product discontinuation.
Product updates, upgraded components or newer product generations will not be provided free of charge to customers who previously purchased earlier versions unless expressly required under an applicable Warranty Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Product improvements, engineering revisions and manufacturing updates shall not create any obligation for IRONBAY™ to retrofit, replace or upgrade products previously sold.
Nothing contained in this Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
6. Policy Updates
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Product Improvement Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
