2. Application Review
Each Dealer application is reviewed individually. During the review process, IRONBAY™ may request additional information necessary to evaluate the application.
Approval is based on business requirements, market coverage and other commercial considerations at the sole discretion of IRONBAY™.
3. Supporting Documents
Depending on your business type and purchasing requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
- Business registration documents;
- GST/HST registration information (if applicable);
- Business licence (if applicable);
- Government-issued identification;
- Business website or social media information; and
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested during the review process.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval.
4. Dealer Approval
Approved applicants will receive confirmation from IRONBAY™ together with applicable purchasing procedures, pricing information and program details.
Dealer pricing, purchasing privileges and program benefits are governed by the current Dealer Program Policy and may be modified from time to time.
5. Ongoing Participation
Dealer status is subject to periodic review. Continued participation in the Dealer Program requires compliance with all applicable IRONBAY™ policies, including pricing policies, payment requirements and other program conditions.
IRONBAY™ reserves the right to approve, suspend or terminate Dealer status at its sole discretion.
