Rubber bumper plates with cast iron hub inserts, designed for controlled rebound and reduced impact noise.
As with all new rubber products, some odour may be noticeable. It is generally mild after airing out, but can be stronger when first opened due to the protective coating. If you are sensitive to rubber smell, you can return them within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Available in 10, 15, 25, 35 and 45 lb. Fits all 2" Olympic barbells.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

What's the difference between bumper, cast iron, and grip plates?
Bumper plates are made of dense recycled rubber — they're built for Olympic lifts and controlled drops. Cast iron plates are solid iron and thinner, so more plates fit on the bar. Rubber grip plates have a steel core with a rubber coating and built-in handles, so they're easy to carry. If you do Olympic lifts, go bumper; if you want maximum plates on the bar, go cast iron.

Yes. All our plates have a 2-inch (50.4 mm) center hole that fits Olympic barbells. They also fit our plate storage tree and plate-loaded machines.

Yes. They're made for controlled drops and are drop-tested over 400 times. Use them on a proper lifting surface — avoid bare concrete, since a platform or rubber mat protects both the plates and your floor.
