Wholesale Policy

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to customers who have entered into a wholesale or dealer relationship with IRONBAY™.

Approval as a wholesale customer is granted solely at the discretion of IRONBAY™ and may be reviewed or updated at any time.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each wholesale order must have a minimum pre-tax merchandise value of CAD $5,000.

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel wholesale orders that do not meet the applicable minimum order requirement.

3. Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale customers.

Prices, product availability, freight charges and quotations may change without prior notice unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

A written quotation shall remain valid only for the period specified on the quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Interac e-Transfer is the only accepted payment method for wholesale orders.

Orders will not be processed, reserved or released until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping Terms

Wholesale orders may be shipped within Canada or supplied under FOB shipping arrangements where applicable.

Customers may arrange their own freight carrier subject to prior approval by IRONBAY™.

Shipping charges, insurance, customs fees, taxes and related transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse orders or terminate wholesale relationships at its sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or economic damages arising from wholesale purchases, delayed shipments, inventory shortages or product availability.

Nothing contained in this Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

7. Policy Updates

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Wholesale Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time a wholesale order is placed shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
