Delivery & Assembly Policy

1. Service Area

Standard delivery and assembly services are available within approximately twenty (20) kilometres of our Calgary warehouse.

Requests outside the standard service area may be accepted at IRONBAY™'s sole discretion and may be subject to additional transportation or labour charges.

2. Delivery Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard local delivery fees are:

• Garage or Front Yard Delivery – CAD $150
• Basement Delivery – CAD $250
• Apartment Delivery – CAD $250

Additional fees may apply where delivery conditions require extra labour, waiting time, multiple flights of stairs, restricted access or other non-standard circumstances.

3. Delivery & Assembly Service

Professional assembly services are available for all products requiring installation.

The standard Delivery & Assembly service fee is CAD $550.

Unless otherwise stated, this service includes:

• Equipment delivery;
• Professional assembly;
• Equipment adjustment and function testing;
• Basic operating instructions;
• Removal of all packaging materials generated during installation; and
• Cleaning of the immediate installation area upon completion.

Typical installation requires approximately four (4) to six (6) hours depending on equipment type and site conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation location is safe, accessible and ready prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Provide sufficient space for delivery and assembly.
• Ensure access through doors, stairways and elevators.
• Obtain any required building or property approvals.
• Remove personal belongings from the work area.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present during the appointment.

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to postpone or refuse service where site conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable.

5. Relocation Services

IRONBAY™ provides equipment disassembly, relocation and reassembly services within Calgary.

Relocation services are quoted individually based on equipment type, accessibility, travel distance and labour requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for delays, failed installations, additional labour costs or property damage resulting from inaccurate customer information, restricted access, unsuitable installation conditions, building regulations, weather conditions or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IRONBAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or economic damages arising from delivery or assembly services.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

7. Policy Updates

IRONBAY™ reserves the right to amend, modify or replace this Delivery & Assembly Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version published on our website at the time the services are purchased shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
