Yes. Local pickup is available at our Calgary store at 2015 32 Ave NE, Unit 22. Place your order online and wait for the “Ready for pickup” notification before coming to the store. Most in-stock orders can be prepared quickly for pickup.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Yes. Delivery only is $150 to a garage or yard, or $250 to a basement or apartment. Delivery plus assembly is $450 (about 4 hours of work). For heavy equipment like the All-in-One Functional Trainer, email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca before ordering.

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Keep the original packaging and keep everything clean and complete. There is no restocking fee, but return shipping is on you. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

What's the difference between medicine, wall, and slam balls?
Medicine balls have a weighted rubber core and a moderate bounce — good for core work. Wall balls have a soft shell and minimal bounce — made for wall throws. Slam balls are sand-filled with a low bounce — made for slamming. Pick based on your workout: slamming needs a slam ball.

Yes. Slam balls are made for slamming, with a sand-filled core and low bounce. Slam them on a mat or rubber floor, not bare concrete.
