Product Description

The Rotating Ergonomic Cable Handles are a pair of independent cable attachments designed around a contoured palm-shaped grip.

Each handle features a rotating grip mounted inside an individual steel frame, allowing the hand position to move during different cable exercises.

The sculpted ergonomic grip follows the shape of the palm and provides a large contact surface compared with a conventional straight D-handle.

Use the handles independently with cable machines and functional trainers for tricep pushdowns, cable extensions, rows, presses, fly movements, face pulls and other upper-body cable exercises.

Each handle features an integrated attachment eyelet for connection using a standard carabiner.

Where is IRONBAY Fitness located?

We're at 2015 32 Ave NE, Unit 22, Calgary, AB T2E 6Z3, open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. You can also shop online at ironbayfitness.ca or email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca.

Can I pick up my order in Calgary?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Calgary store at 2015 32 Ave NE, Unit 22. Place your order online and wait for the “Ready for pickup” notification before coming to the store. Most in-stock orders can be prepared quickly for pickup.

Do you ship outside Calgary?

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Can I visit your Calgary store before I buy?

Yes. Our Calgary store and showroom at 2015 32 Ave NE, Unit 22 is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM. Come test benches, racks, and machines in person before you decide. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer delivery and assembly in Calgary?

Yes. Delivery only is $150 to a garage or yard, or $250 to a basement or apartment. Delivery plus assembly is $450 (about 4 hours of work). For heavy equipment like the All-in-One Functional Trainer, email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca before ordering.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Keep the original packaging and keep everything clean and complete. There is no restocking fee, but return shipping is on you. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

Are your prices negotiable?

No. Our prices are final. But we do match Canadian competitor prices — find the same product cheaper at any Canadian online or retail store and we'll match it. If you're buying for a business, email info@ironbayfitness.ca about wholesale and FOB pricing.

Is this item in stock?

Our website shows live inventory. Pickup orders are usually ready in about 2 hours during store hours. Online orders ship within 24 hours. If something is sold out, the product page shows the next restock date.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email photos to info@ironbayfitness.ca as soon as you notice. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Keep the packaging until we've sorted it out — it helps with the claim.

Do you restock sold-out products?

Yes. Most product pages show the next restock date. You can also email info@ironbayfitness.ca for an ETA. If you need it by a certain date, ask us and we'll give you a straight answer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@ironbayfitness.ca with your order number. The sooner you email, the better — once a shipping label is printed, we can't stop it.

Do you sell to gyms and trainers?

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing on dumbbells, plates, barbells, kettlebells, and racks. Email info@ironbayfitness.ca for a quote — tell us what you need and how much, and we'll put together pricing for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will this fit my cable machine?

Yes. This is a standard cable attachment and fits most home gym cable machines and functional trainers. If your machine takes standard attachments, you're good.

What exercises is it for?

Cable flies, presses, and single-arm pulling exercises. The rotating grip lets your wrists move naturally through each rep.

What is it made of?

Contoured ergonomic palm grips with a non-slip rubber surface, on nylon webbing straps with steel D-rings. Built to handle regular training without wearing out.

Your prices are so low. Is the quality bad too?

No. We buy straight from the factory — no trading companies, no middlemen — and we do everything ourselves, no agencies or outsourcing. Low prices come from low overhead, not cheap materials. Everything is in stock in our Calgary warehouse with a real warranty, and damaged items get replaced.
