Yes. Local pickup is available at our Calgary store at 2015 32 Ave NE, Unit 22. Place your order online and wait for the “Ready for pickup” notification before coming to the store. Most in-stock orders can be prepared quickly for pickup.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Yes. Delivery only is $150 to a garage or yard, or $250 to a basement or apartment. Delivery plus assembly is $450 (about 4 hours of work). For heavy equipment like the All-in-One Functional Trainer, email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca before ordering.

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Keep the original packaging and keep everything clean and complete. There is no restocking fee, but return shipping is on you. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

Five levels: 5–15, 12–30, 35–70, 50–100, and 60–120 lb. Sold singly or as a 5-band set. The full set covers everything from warm-ups to heavy assistance work.

Strength training, assisted pull-ups, mobility work, stretching, and warm-ups. One set replaces a lot of gear when space is tight.

Check the band for nicks or tears before each use. Never let a stretched band snap back toward your face. Anchor bands to something solid — not a door that can swing open.
