The IRONBAY Open Trap Bar combines an open-frame design with dual-height neutral-grip handles and a built-in deadlift jack for deadlifts, carries, shrugs, and general strength training.
Built from chrome-plated steel with fixed Olympic sleeves, the bar weighs approximately 47 lb (21.3 kg) and supports loads up to 700 lb.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

It depends on your training. The Eyries Competition Barbell (190K PSI, 2,000 lb capacity) is our highest-spec bar. The 7 ft 20 kg bar (850 lb) is a solid all-rounder. The 7 ft 15 kg bar (28 mm shaft, 550 lb) suits lighter lifters. Our 4 ft bars fit tight spaces. Trap bars are made for deadlifts, and the Safety Squat Bar is made for squats. Still unsure?
