Product Description

The EYRIES R1 S is designed as a 3-in-1 strength training system for home gym and commercial users who want the versatility of a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine, and Power Rack integrated into a single machine.

The R1 S combines dual adjustable cable pulley stations, an integrated Smith Machine, and a heavy-duty Power Rack. The integrated design supports a wide range of cable exercises, guided barbell movements, and traditional free-weight training without requiring multiple standalone machines.

The dual 220 lb weight stacks provide independent resistance for the adjustable cable system, with a combined total of 440 lb. Each weight stack consists of 20 individual 11 lb (5 kg) plates, allowing users to adjust resistance according to their training requirements.

The adjustable cable system features aluminum alloy pulleys and 7 × 19 strand steel cables, designed to provide smooth cable movement and reliable performance across a wide range of exercises. Independent pulley adjustment allows users to configure cable positions for unilateral and bilateral training.

The integrated Smith Machine provides a guided barbell training system for exercises such as squats, presses, and other controlled strength movements. The Smith Machine operates independently from the adjustable cable stations, allowing users to alternate between guided barbell exercises and cable training.

The main structure uses a 3” × 3” (75 × 75 mm) steel frame with 3 mm bare steel wall thickness, equivalent to 11-gauge construction. The uprights feature 1” diameter holes with 2” spacing, providing flexible attachment positioning. Grade 8.8 fasteners are used throughout the frame assembly to support structural stability and durability.

The R1 S includes J-Hooks, Spotter Arms, and Cable Handles, providing essential attachments for traditional barbell exercises and functional cable training.

With an overall height of 87.8” (2230 mm), the R1 S combines three training systems within a compact footprint, making it suitable for dedicated home gyms and commercial strength training environments.

Designed for residential and commercial use, the EYRIES R1 S provides a versatile strength training platform where structural rigidity, training flexibility, and space efficiency are the priority.
