Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Yes. Delivery only is $150 to a garage or yard, or $250 to a basement or apartment. Delivery plus assembly is $450 (about 4 hours of work). For heavy equipment like the All-in-One Functional Trainer, email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca before ordering.

What's the difference between bumper, cast iron, and grip plates?
Bumper plates are made of dense recycled rubber — they're built for Olympic lifts and controlled drops. Cast iron plates are solid iron and thinner, so more plates fit on the bar. Rubber grip plates have a steel core with a rubber coating and built-in handles, so they're easy to carry. If you do Olympic lifts, go bumper; if you want maximum plates on the bar, go cast iron.

Yes. All our plates have a 2-inch (50.4 mm) center hole that fits Olympic barbells. They also fit our plate storage tree and plate-loaded machines.

2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb, sold as pairs. The small 2.5 and 5 lb plates are handy when you want small jumps in weight.

Within ±1.2%. That's typical for cast iron plates and fine for general strength training — you won't notice it in a workout.
