We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

After you place your order, we will prepare everything as soon as possible during business hours. Most orders are ready for pickup within 4 hours.

If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.

Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be prepared on the next business day.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada.

Shipping is calculated based on your delivery location. The shipping charge shown at checkout is an estimate based on our historical shipping data.

If the actual shipping cost is lower than the amount you paid, we will automatically refund the difference.

If the actual shipping cost is similar to the estimated amount, your order will be shipped as normal.

In rare cases, shipping to remote areas may cost significantly more than the estimate. If this happens, we will contact you before shipping. You can choose to pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.

We also support customer-arranged freight using a Bill of Lading (BOL).

For low-stock products, we recommend placing your order online first to lock the inventory.

Yes. Every product comes with a 14-day return policy.

If you don’t like the product, think it isn’t right for you, or simply change your mind, you can return it within 14 days.

The product must be in good condition with all original packaging.

Assembled strength equipment can also be returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for bringing the product back to our Calgary warehouse.

We do not charge any restocking or return fees.

Yes. For customers in Calgary, we offer optional delivery and assembly services.

Delivery

• Garage or front yard: CAD $150
• Basement or apartment: CAD $250

We also offer professional delivery and installation for all racks.

Delivery & Installation: CAD $550

Our technicians will deliver, assemble, adjust and test the equipment. We can also show you the basic functions after installation. Most rack installations take around 4 hours.

After installation, we remove all packaging materials, hardware waste and garbage, and clean the entire installation area before we leave.

We also provide disassembly and reassembly services if you move within Calgary.
