The IRONBAY N02 is an adjustable FID bench designed for flat, incline, and decline strength training.
The adjustable backrest and seat provide multiple training positions, while the front leg attachment with foam rollers provides additional support during decline exercises. Its compact steel-frame design makes the N02 a practical entry-level bench for home gym setups.

Yes. We ship to every province in Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. If the actual cost comes in lower, we refund the difference. For remote areas, we confirm the shipping cost with you before we ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Yes. Delivery only is $150 to a garage or yard, or $250 to a basement or apartment. Delivery plus assembly is $450 (about 4 hours of work). For heavy equipment like the All-in-One Functional Trainer, email us at info@ironbayfitness.ca before ordering.

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Keep the original packaging and keep everything clean and complete. There is no restocking fee, but return shipping is on you. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

What's the difference between the N02 and N04 benches?
The N02 (Adjustable FID Bench) adjusts to flat, incline, and decline with 6 back and 3 seat positions, and holds up to 265 lb. The N04 (Heavy-Duty Adjustable Bench) is a heavier-duty flat and incline bench at about 95 lb, with wheels and a handle for moving it. Try both in our showroom if you're unsure.
